We get it—sometimes a vibe doesn’t vibe. If something didn’t work out, here’s how to handle it.
The Basics
You’ve got 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. No long speeches or dramatic breakups necessary—just a quick email and we’ll walk you through it.
To be eligible:
- unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or anything custom
How to Start a Return
Send us an email at chat@sarcasticgirlies.com with your order number and what’s going on. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
We don’t cover return shipping (unless we messed something up—then that’s 100% on us).
Refunds
Once we get your item back and confirm it’s in good shape, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Give your bank 5–10 business days to finish the job.
Heads up: We do not offer exchanges at this time. Just return your item and place a new order if you want something different.
Damaged or Wrong Order?
Yikes—email us ASAP at chat@sarcasticgirlies.com with photos and your order number. We’ll fix it fast.
